Chiweiteng was founded in Huangjiang Town, Dongguan
Mold department (Xuyang) established
The original factory site was relocated to the current site in Changping due to insufficient production space, and multiple measuring equipment and 350/450 ton medium and large machinery were added.
Added FANUC injection molding machine, 3D detector, Okamoto grinder, Makino discharge machine (spark machine).
Obtained ISO9001 production system certification and gradually added multiple processing and measuring equipment.
Obtained IATF16949 system certification, invested in Swiss GF AgieChamilles wire cutting (slow wire), replaced German Zeiss 3D and TTi worm gear meshing instruments
Expand Factory 2 and replace with a brand new TTi120R gear measuring instrument
The second factory has newly built a dust-free workshop with the addition of German ARBURA and 850 ton large machines, as well as the addition of Tokyo technology contour meters.
Import ISO13485 medical system certification and obtain certification in 2023.
New FANUC machines have been added, and injection molding machines are all from German, Taiwanese, and Japanese brands
